1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by SKS Management Services Ltd trading as SKS Fleet Audit Services.

2. Services

Services may include:

• FORS Bronze support;

• FORS Silver support;

• Gap analysis;

• Mock audits;

• Compliance documentation;

• Risk assessments;

• Compliance trackers;

• Annual compliance reviews.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment

Invoices shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Documentation may not be released until payment has been received.
5. Amendments

Unless otherwise agreed, clients are entitled to one round of amendments within seven (7) calendar days following delivery of documentation.

Additional amendments may be chargeable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for:

• Accuracy of information supplied;

• Implementing policies and procedures;

• Ongoing compliance management;

• Maintaining records.
7. Intellectual Property

All documentation, templates, spreadsheets, manuals and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of SKS Management Services Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Documentation supplied to clients is licensed for use within their own organisation and shall not be reproduced, resold, distributed or shared with third parties without prior written consent.
8. Cancellations

Booked consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Refunds shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability

SKS Fleet Audit Services shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from the use of documentation or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
